Allegro Dance Arts was founded in 2000 by Gretchen Myers, a professional dancer, to bring excellence in dance education to the Crawford County area. Joining Gretchen was a team of very gifted dance teachers who continue to bring the joy of dance to the lives of their dancers and their families today.
Our mission is to provide excellence in dance education so that students of all ages can master the skills, experience the joy, and acquire the knowledge necessary for a lifelong appreciation of the art of dance." Dancers at Allegro learn many life affirming lessons; whether they ever dance again or not. The discipline, focus, and dedication, dancers develop while at Allegro play a big part in this success.
